There’s no better season at Steel City CrossFit. Our CrossFit Hamilton team is pumped about the change in weather. The warm weather means we get to take our Boot Camp and CrossFit Hamilton classes outside to our large grassed field. It’s a blast for our CrossFit Hamilton and Boot Camp members to work out in the fresh air and workout in the park with the kettlebells, Dynamax balls and other CrossFit tools.
