This Core Boot Camp is a combination of Spinning (Cardio), Pilates (Core) and Body weight calisthenic (Cardio and Core) type exercises. The boot camp is broken up into 3 different 20 minute components. Your whole body will be trembling and you will be energized for the rest of the day.
